British Columbia has almost 300 active wildfires that are plaguing the province. The hot and dry weather conditions have made the situation much worse, along with lightning strikes causing even more fires to start.

It destroyed approximately 2,400 homes and buildings and spread across approximately 590,000 hectares (1,500,000 acres) before it was declared to be under control in July 2016.

I recently did a little research into what it would cost to have a safety program developed, and although I had a general idea of what the average program would run but I had no idea how much of spectrum there was in terms of price and quality. I saw price ranges from $279.00 all the way up to and above $10,000.
